Meet Ayla
Hello! I’m Ayla (she/her/hers), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and embrace their unique strengths. My journey began at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where I earned my undergraduate degree, and continued at Simmons University, where I completed my Master’s.
As a woman of color, I understand the importance of feeling safe, heard, and supported in a therapeutic setting. My passion for creating that space for others is what led me to become a therapist. I believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health care, and I am committed to helping my clients achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
I bring compassion, warmth, and energy to each session, fostering a collaborative and personalized therapeutic experience. My approach integrates evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness techniques, tailored to your unique needs and preferences. I am particularly interested in working with adults (18+) who are navigating anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, life transitions, and women’s issues.
If you’re ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth, I would be honored to be your partner in that process.
