    I’m Jillian Block (she/her/hers).

Do you ever feel caught in a whirlwind of self-doubt and shifting moods; where one day you’re holding it all together, and the next you feel completely overwhelmed by stress, low energy, or anxious thoughts? When life feels that heavy, it’s completely natural to search for relief, whether that’s pushing through on empty or turning to substances just to catch a break. If this sounds like your reality, I want you to know you aren't broken, and you don't have to navigate it alone. I am here to help you find stable ground.

I became a therapist because I truly believe that everybody is in recovery from something. Whether you are working through mental health challenges, navigating a life transition, or trying to break free from self-defeating patterns, I am deeply determined to make a difference in your life. I am passionate about helping you conquer your challenges so you can transcend your goals and step into the fullest version of yourself.

In our work together, you will find a non-judgmental, unique, and compassionate space where you can show up exactly as you are. My therapeutic style is eclectic and tailored directly to your individual needs. I blend evidence-based approaches; including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness to help you build practical coping skills while honoring your personal story.

    Specialization

I work exclusively with individuals ages 13 and up, with a primary focus on teens (15+) and adults across the lifespan. My core areas of specialization include:

    • Substance Abuse & Recovery Support

    • Depression, Bipolar, & Mood Fluctuations

    • Anxiety, Stress, & Chronic Self-Doubt

    • Navigating Mental Health Stigma

    • Life Transitions & Rebuilding Self-Esteem

    • Grief

    Beyond the Therapy Room

When I’m not in the office, I love spending quality time with my friends, family, and my beloved "dogter," Lila. For my own self-care, you’ll usually find me traveling, attending concerts, kayaking, cooking, or experimenting with fun new mocktail and coffee recipes.

If you are looking for an authentic, encouraging, and steadfast partner to support you on your recovery and healing journey, I would love to connect with you.
