Is This You?

Are you navigating the exhausting loops of OCD or ADHD, processing childhood neglect, or adjusting to life with a chronic illness or disability? Maybe you're a queer or trans individual seeking genuinely affirming, trans-competent care, someone looking for a harm-reduction approach to substance use, or an adult who was "parentified" as a child and is finally learning how to reclaim your own identity and boundaries. If you're looking for a therapist who won't push a one-size-fits-all agenda, someone who values your lived experience, respects your autonomy, and helps you rediscover joy and resilience… you’re in the right place! I love working with clients who want a safe, collaborative space to unlearn survival habits, build practical tools, and step into their authentic selves.

Why I Became a Therapist

I am deeply passionate about working alongside people as they recognize their innate resilience, cultivate meaningful connections, and increase genuine joy in their lives. I bring a harm-reduction lens and a firm commitment to compassionate, affirming, and anti-oppressive care. To me, therapy is a true partnership: getting your insight into what actually works for your life, understanding your hopes for our time together, and honoring your unique perspective are the absolute core of my practice.

My Therapeutic Approach

Clients often describe me as curious, collaborative, and empathetic. My style is direct yet deeply person-centered. I prioritize rapport above all else, creating a grounded environment where you feel secure enough to drop your guard, explore heavy topics, and even challenge me or ask questions as we work together.

I don't position myself as the "expert" on your life, instead, we work as a team, combining evidence-based, specialized frameworks with your own personal wisdom:

  • Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT) & Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP) for specialized OCD treatment

  • Trauma-Informed & Somatic Practices for PTSD, trauma recovery, and neurodivergent burnout

  • Harm Reduction & Affirming Frameworks for substance use and identity exploration

What to Expect & The Environment We’ll Build Together

Therapy with me is an open, authentic space where you can show up fully as you are, without needing to perform or mask. Together, we’ll move beyond symptom management to build tangible, real-world outcomes: untangling obsessive-compulsive loops without shame, creating neurodivergent-friendly routines for ADHD and Autism, setting guilt-free boundaries against childhood parentification, and navigating gender-affirming care (including evaluation letters for gender-affirming surgery). My goal is for you to leave our sessions feeling deeply seen, empowered with practical tools, and supported by a steadfast advocate in your therapeutic corner.

Areas of Specialization

  • OCD & Anxiety Disorders: Specialized treatment utilizing ERP and I-CBT.

  • Neurodivergence (ADHD & Autism): Affirming care focused on executive dysfunction, unmasking, and sensory/emotional regulation.

  • LGBTQIA+, Trans & Non-Binary Care: Gender-affirming therapy, identity exploration, and gender-affirming surgery letters.

  • Complex Trauma & Parentification: Processing childhood neglect, family role expectations, and PTSD.

  • Chronic Illness & Disability: Supportive care tailored to living with chronic health conditions and physical limitations.

  • Substance Use: Non-judgmental, harm-reduction-focused support.

Getting to Know Me

I am non-binary, and my lived experience as a queer and trans person deeply informs the warmth, empathy, and authenticity I bring to my clinical work. When I’m not in the therapy room, you can usually find me indulging in my love for crafting, tending to my plants, or hanging out with my cat, Green Bean! Right now, I’m on a major pottery and collage kick, though no craft is off-limits. I also love cooking and exploring new foods whenever I get the chance.
