    Expert Support for Resilient Living

My name is Rosalee (she/her), and I am a specialist dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life’s most complex transitions and identity shifts. I became a therapist because I am deeply motivated by the science of change—helping people move from a place of uncertainty to one of profound clarity and resilience. To further deepen my clinical expertise, I am currently pursuing my Doctorate of Traumatology, an advanced specialization that allows me to provide the highest level of evidence-based care for clients navigating the long-term effects of trauma and high-stress environments.

Specialized Expertise: Eating Disorders & Body Image

I provide expert, compassionate support for individuals navigating their relationship with food and body image. I specialize in treating Eating Disorders with a focus on sustainable recovery, helping clients dismantle the patterns that keep them stuck and rebuilding a sense of peace with their physical selves. My goal is to move beyond the surface symptoms to address the underlying emotional needs, fostering a healthy, grounded relationship with the self.

    Neuro-Affirming Care: Autism & ADHD

I am a specialist in Neuro-affirming therapy, working extensively with clients on the autism spectrum, those with ADHD, and other neurodivergent experiences. Rather than focusing on “compliance,” I work with my clients to understand their unique brain wiring. We collaboratively build systems that honor their neurodivergence, reduce burnout, and increase self-advocacy across the lifespan.

Expertise in Military Life & Complex Family Dynamics

My clinical perspective is deeply shaped by my lived experience as a military spouse, mother, and stepmother. I am an expert in the unique pressures of military life—frequent transitions, high-stakes uncertainty, and the constant need for flexibility. I bring this grounded, authentic perspective to my work with couples and families, helping them build strong support systems that can withstand the unique demands of high-stress lifestyles and non-traditional family structures.

    An Integrative, Evidence-Based Approach

I utilize a sophisticated, eclectic framework to ensure therapy is as unique as the person sitting across from me. I am an expert in blending the following modalities for lasting change:

    • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): To restructure thought patterns and build practical life skills.

    • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): To enhance emotional regulation and distress tolerance.

    • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): To foster psychological flexibility and values-driven action.

    Who I Work With

I am one of the few clinicians comfortable and experienced in working across the entire lifespan, from young children to older adults. Whether I am working with an individual, a couple, or a family, my goal is to provide an inclusive, affirming space where every voice is heard.
