Expertise in Narrative Therapy & Identity Exploration
My name is Claire (they/them), and I am a specialist in Narrative Therapy. I focus on how the stories we internalize—about who we are and who we “should” be—shape our reality. By examining these narratives, I help you reclaim your agency and rewrite a life story that aligns with your true self. My background, including years of working with adolescents in South Korea and navigating my own journey within the LGBTQ+ community, uniquely equips me to support clients in the profound work of identity exploration and self-actualization.
Clinical Specialty: LGBTQ+ & Trans-Affirming Care
I provide an expert, affirming, and genuinely safe space for queer and transgender individuals to explore their lived experiences without the need for explanation or defense. I specialize in the intersection of identity, community, and personal growth, offering a therapeutic sanctuary where you can thrive. Whether you are navigating gender identity, sexual orientation, or the complexities of non-traditional lifestyles, my approach is rooted in deep empathy and clinical understanding.
Advanced Support for Trauma & Spiritual Wellness
Through intensive clinical training, I have developed a powerful, integrated approach to treating Trauma and PTSD. I also hold a particular strength in working with clients for whom spirituality is a significant part of their identity. I help individuals navigate the delicate balance of faith, existential questions, and the “unhooking” of painful past experiences. My goal is to foster a sense of resilience that allows you to feel grounded and connected to your purpose.
A Creative & Existential Approach
Clients and colleagues describe my style as existential-phenomenological—meaning we focus deeply on your lived experience and the meaning you make of it. My practice is curious, creative, and connected, integrating several evidence-based tools:
Somatic & Mindfulness Work: For grounding the nervous system during trauma processing.
ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy): For values-based exploration and psychological flexibility.
CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy): For practical behavioral tracking and managing symptoms of anxiety and depression.
Neuro-Affirming Care: Specialized support for ADHD, Autism, and Highly Sensitive People (HSPs).

When I am not in the therapy office
In my spare time, I love singing, being in nature, and learning new languages. I’m currently working on learning the guitar and building systems in my own life that allow me to appreciate the “little things” alongside my local community.
Are you ready to explore the stories that shape you? I am here to be a steady, present force on your journey toward a more authentic life.
