    Hello! My name is Natalie Kroll and I am a process-oriented therapist rooted in trauma-based techniques looking to help you make small (or large) shifts in your life to increase your overall wellness and deepen the connection you have with yourself and the world around you. I value helping clients find balance by addressing all aspects of wellness: physical, mental, emotional, financial, relational/social, occupational, and spiritual. 

    During therapy, I use a holistic approach to help you look at the roots of your emotional triggers from childhood and experiences in adulthood and find better coping mechanisms. We will problem solve together and come up with realistic solutions while keeping your emotional health in mind. We will explore behavioral patterns together and I will be there to help serve as your guide. 

    I will utilize mindfulness and CBT techniques to help you uncover your inner truth and find self-empowerment. My favorite affirmations: “I am loved. I am safe. I am whole. All good things are coming my way.” Diagnoses I typically work with: Anxiety, Depression, OCD, PTSD, ADHD
