Expert Support for Life’s Deepest Transitions

My name is Robin (she/her), and I am a specialist dedicated to helping individuals navigate the complexities of identity, life transitions, and high-pressure lifestyles. My journey began with a foundation in pastoral counseling and seminary, which evolved into advanced clinical training in mental health. Today, I bridge the gap between clinical excellence and the profound importance of the “whole person”—addressing the mind, body, and spirit.

    Late-Diagnosed ADHD & Executive Functioning

I am an expert in supporting adults navigating late-diagnosed ADHD. Many of my clients have spent years “masking” or feeling misunderstood, only to receive a diagnosis later in life that brings both relief and a need for new tools. I have extensive experience helping neurodivergent individuals move beyond the shame of past struggles to master practical symptom management. Together, we work to build executive functioning systems that work with your brain, not against it, allowing you to thrive in your personal and professional life.

Maternal Mental Health & Parenting Stress

I provide expert care for individuals and families navigating the “hidden” challenges of parenthood. With advanced training in Maternal Mental Health, I support mothers and birthing people through postpartum challenges, the transition to parenthood, and the chronic stress that often accompanies modern family life. I help parents move from a state of overwhelm to one of empowerment and balance.

Vocational Burnout: For Educators & Medical Professionals

Having worked closely with those in high-stress “helping” professions, I specialize in treating Vocational Burnout. I provide a sanctuary for educators and medical professionals—individuals who spend their days caring for others and often find their own wells dry. We work together to reclaim your sense of self, set sustainable boundaries, and heal from the secondary trauma inherent in these vital roles.

Spiritual Identity & Navigating Faith Conflicts

With my unique background in seminary and pastoral care, I am an expert in helping clients navigate spiritual identity shifts, church-related hurt, and ministry-specific stress. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for those processing difficult experiences within faith communities or for leaders feeling the weight of spiritual service. I am also happy to integrate faith-based practices into treatment upon request, providing a truly inclusive space for your spiritual journey.

    My Therapeutic Approach

I offer a safe, empowering environment where we can explore your inner strengths. My work is collaborative and compassionate, drawing from a sophisticated toolkit of evidence-based practices:

    • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for practical symptom management and ADHD-specific strategies.

    • Mindfulness Techniques for nervous system regulation and focus.

    • Person-Centered Therapy to ensure you are the lead architect of your healing.
