My own experience with therapy was truly transformative, and it inspired me to dedicate my career to offering that same support and understanding to others. I create a warm and inviting space where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of judgment.

When I’m not working, you can usually find me upside down in an aerial yoga class or gliding around on my roller skates! I love finding new ways to be creative and adventurous. And if I need a little break, you can always tempt me with a scoop of cookies and cream ice cream.
