Hi, I am Rachel Collins. I’m a Licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) and the founder of Stride Forward Counseling. I use an eclectic approach in counseling, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Mindfulness-Based (MBCT), Strength-Based therapy. Doing this work feels like a gift and I am fortunate to have the opportunity to do what I love.
