    Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Do both parents need to attend the group sessions?

No, both parents do not need to attend. While dual parent participation is always welcome if both caregivers are available and interested, a single parent or caregiver is completely welcome to join on their own.

What happens if I have to miss a group session?

We understand that busy schedules and family commitments happen. If you know in advance that you will need to miss a scheduled session, your group fee can be prorated so you are only paying for the sessions you attend. Please let our team know as early as possible so we can adjust your account accordingly.

Is this a therapy group or an educational workshop?

It is both! Our group is intentionally structured to blend evidence-based psychoeducation with open, therapeutic support. You will gain practical tools, strategies, and expert guidance while also having a safe, non-judgmental space to connect with peers, share experiences, and receive meaningful emotional support throughout the process.
